We guarantee
each new product manufactured by Frezzolini Electronics to be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of one (1) year (100% parts & labor under normal usage) from the time
of purchase. All products continue to have a second year of warranty
coverage on a reduced pro-rated basis decreasing at 8 1/2 % per month
of repair or replacement cost for product value at the time of any claim.
All HD model batteries carry
a four (4) year limited warranty with the first (1st) year (100% parts &
labor under normal usage) followed by a 36 month reduced pro-rated basis
decreasing at 2 3/4 % per month of repair or replacement cost for product
value at the time of any claim.
This guarantee shall not
apply to over discharged or abused batteries or any other products that have
been repaired, altered, abused or, as in our opinion to have affected its
stability or reliability. It shall not apply to any product that has been
subjected to misuse, neglect or accident. This warranty covers only the
original purchaser and may not be sold or transferred.
No responsibility is
assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages; no other
warranty written, oral or implied is assumed or authorized by Frezzolini
Electronics Inc.
The Liability of Frezzolini Electronics Inc. hereunder is expressly limited
to a claim for repair or replacement for goods sold or as otherwise stated
herein.
Important: Any warranty
claim must be packed carefully and returned to be received within the
